I was talking to Clare the other day about motivation for weight loss and accountability. We have our Daily Dose of Exercise Motivation thread - daily exercises that you can (typically) do at home - and an accountability thread to help stay motivated.
We also have our weekly Skinny Thoughts thread for everyone to stay motivated with eating healthy and accountable with weigh-ins.
What are your thoughts, my dear members, on having a live chat weekly for women's health - all of our motivations? This would be similar to weekly meetings that women attend for weight loss, but there's no scale, we'll also cover exercise, and it'll be much more fun - you'll be connecting with your site sisters for motivation, to share the ups and downs of weekly eating, and to stay accountable, etc.
This is something I'm thinking about instituting for TWN in the upcoming months.
Any thoughts?
