Vacation

My vacation week is almost over. Wasn't the vacation I had hoped for. We couldn't go away because money and my dog wasn't well and we didn't want to leave him in a kennel. He is doing much better now.

I swear my husband is a vampire. He doesn't get up early and ready to go out till after 3pm. I know it is daylight but most places close at 5. Here is what we did.

Saturday - Greek Festivle in Pawt - boring, Capron park ride through, out to eat at Bliss, back to Capron park so the kids could climb this structure there,  then home

Sunday - Washington County Fair (which we got there really early to see the truck pulling at 10 and stayed to see the lawnmower race), Body revealed at Foxwoods, out to eat 

Monday -  Bass pro shop and hike the cranberry trail, out to eat at Patriots Dinner

Tuesday- Movie (kids went to Districk 9 and he and I went to The Goods which I hated), Cookout at Park, home.

Wednesday - stayed home all day

Thursday- Ride to Iggy's for clamcakes and chowder-went to Scarbourgh beach. Very foggy there and it was at night so the kids didn't go swimming. My cousin and her husband were there so we talked to them a few minutes

Friday - Capron Park zoo - nice little zoo for little ones but my teens very bored, out to eat at Village Haven, hiked a nature trail for about 20 minutes-was getting to dark so we had to leave, school shopping

Saturday ???

The theme ladies is going out to eat this vacation and kids very bored. I am tired of eating out. Oh well let me see if I can get him up so we can do something.  Will let you know what we do.
