Sharing and a little ranting.

  Where to begin?  I guess I will begin with my day. We had our field trip to the power plant with the homeschool group . It was a great , very educational trip. It was great for my kids to see another kind of power plant since their dad being a millwright works shut downs. They were able to see a coal power plant when he worked one of those but they have never seen a nuclear.  Bri was able to hang out with one of her fave little friends such a sweet little girl. Sully was able to see  a few of his guy friends and explore all the great science exibits.  It was not until the kids were turned loose with some of the toys in the class room that I was upset by the behavior of some of the kids and the lack of involvemant of the parents.  Children of 9 and 10 fighting over taking turns and parents just sitting chatting not paying a lick of attention. a couple boys actually got physical.  Sullvan waited so patient for a turn then had to ask the teacher for help to get the toy for a turn. But over all it was a wonderful time. The kids learned and had fun visiting. We even met some new friends we hope to see in Dec at the pirate exibit in Norfolk. I got to sit with the 3 kids during the movie on the floor and I could so eat them up they were soo cute! I was so sad to hear they lived so far away from us. They were so good and sweet too. I loved the mom as well. That does not happen often that everyone hits it off so well. 

   Now I guess I will move on to my soap box of sorts. I am very concerned about the fact that the 911 master minds or what ever are going to be brought to court in NY. I do not feel they should have the same rights that we Americans have . I feel our American ways , Our judicial system , and what ever we did to try to get information from them will actually be on trial well before they ever are. If it ever gets that far. We all know a lawer can spin things all sort of ways. What about miranda wrights. Does that come into play?  Has anyone thought about what a platform we are giving these guys for their mission? I mean this is going to be so public everything American is going to be questioned. They will spin their lies for their own good and cause. They  will surely  be able to or at least attempt to recruit more  for their cause. Have we thought about what this will do to NYer's The 911 families ?   I mean these trials should have been done in a military court a few years ago. However their was information to try to extract. PLus all this time lawyers have been trying to  protect these guys and get exactly this outcome. This is also setting a very dangerous precident for the American judicial system. I myself as a stay at home mother of four am very concerned.

 Now I feel I need to move onto Cleavland. I am so angered by what has gone on there. Anyone who can let those cops say they have not dropped the ball should be slapped. When I lived in Fl an ederly man past away . He lived alone and it was the smell sadly that alerted the neighbors that something was wrong. There is no mistaking the smell of death with a sausage factory. For those of you not aware of this story. A convicted and recorded s*x  offender who had served 15 yrs . Was just found with 11 bodies of women he raped and then killed  at his house. There had been 8 missing persons reports for these women. City counsel men had been out to this area for the smell but it was blamed on a saugage factory next door. What?  A women actually fell out the 2nd story window and was taken to the hospital yet nothing was done cause she had priors for drugs. Now  I ask you if 11 white rich women  hell  6 rich white and 5 rich black women go missing you think  they would not check every registered rapist? Of course not! But here 11 poor  black women with some issues disappear and no one even bats an eye. You can not tell me any different  cause this went on for 4 years!!!! Now the cops I feel the need to mention that the cop in news reports is white and saying they have done all they should have been.  I am white! Yet I just can not agree. I do not care if you do drugs, drink, black, brown , white, nothing makes you less human less missing when that report comes in. Especially when you are female! Why was this house never visited when a missing female was reported? I thought that was standard protacal? Well That is my soap box just some of the many things that are on my mind. I usually keep these things to myself but I  have been told I should blog some of my opinions and I feel very strongly about some things these being just the tip of the ole ice berg. lol
