I bought a Prevention mag today and thought I'd share this. There is a 3 week exercise plan that they say has been tried and true proven to help women lose 11 lbs. They did a study and apparently it worked.
All you need is an 8.8 lb kettle ball (look this up - I'm heading to Walmart tonight to get one--or Modell's).
If anyone is interested in joining me, I'll be happy to post the full plan and workout. It takes 20 minutes per day. Every other day you do 20 mins of aerobic - walking, jogging, biking, hiking, whatever, and then alternate days you do the kettle routine. It looks VERY doable. And, of course, fill up on fruits, veges, whole grains, and lean protein:-)
