Breakfast
2 days a week ~~ Fresh Fruit Bowl with 3 T vanilla Yougurt and 3 T granola or grapenuts
2 days a week ~~ Cereal Hot or Cold
1day a week ~~ Scrambled Eggs Whites with Turkey bacon or sauage, 1 piece toast
Saturday ~~ Pancakes, Waffles, Eggs Benedict Chose one for Family Day
Sunday ~~ Muffins or sweet bread
Lunch
Have on hand~~ hard boiled eggs, lunch meat, cheese, veggie sticks, cottage cheese, yougurt or leftovers
Dinner
Monday~ cook a 4-6 lb BBQ Brisket, Baked Beans and Corn Bread
Tuesday ~~ Homemade Mac and Cheese, Ceasur Salad with Cornbread Coutons
Wednesday ~~ Take leftover Brisket, Shred use 1/2 to make Brisket Burritos, Spanish rice
Thursday ~~ Quesadia (using Brisket), leftover Baked beans, and green Salad
Friday ~~ Pulled Beef and Pasta (use last of Brisket), Jello Salad and Brownies
Saturday ~~ Grilled Tuna an Cheese Sandwichs and Soup
Sunday ~~ We normal are in Weiser and my friend and I figure out a meal and cook to share with our families and 1 or 2 others from the Church
Like alway will share recipes, With buzy season coming I thought I would give this cooking the mean meat for the week and different ways to use it a try.
