Lou's wisdom teeth surgery

She had all 4 impacted teeth pulled today. I wish I had a camera when I went to get her in the recovery room. She was smiling ear to ear and her eyes where huge. All she cared about was whether or not she could go to the Young Lives get together tonight. She actually tried to sign what she wanted. They told her no she couldn't go.

She did great the dr said. All day she was good with taking her pills, icing, relaxing and not eating. They told me to get a frozen lemonade or coolata for her. No dairy so no ice cream. She could only eat it with a spoon.  She also ate some oatmeal that wasn't hot and was watery. She couldn't have anything hot.

It came time for the YL get together and she pleaded to go. I first said no but then took her. She could sit at home or sit there. I stayed just in case but she was fine. She didn't play the games and others who didn't want to play stayed with her. I'm glad I took her.

Hopefully tomorrow she will be fine. They say the 3rd day is the worse. Now I'm thinking I should call out of work on Sunday. Not sure how she is going to be.  One surgery down and one more to go next Friday.
