Friends To The Rescue!

What started out as a fun game, turned into an inspirational adventure. While fleshing out my sixth manuscript about a reclusive bookstore owner, I was having difficulty coming up with a name for the bookstore, so I threw the query out to my Facebook friends.

I figured, who better to come up with some interesting names! I expected brainstorming to bring in a few winners, but never did I imagine such a plethora of inspirational titles!

After reading over 200 entries on both my personal profile page and my fan page, I was then faced with a very difficult choice--choosing a winner. The winner would receive accolades in the book's Acknowledments as well a signed copy once it is published.

Below are a few of my favorite names for the upcoming novel:

There are just too many to list (you can find them on my profile and fan page). In the end, one name stood out to me, and inspired me to add another layer to my story. Many thanks and congratulations to Ashton Amo, for suggesting the name, THE SECOND STORY. I love it, and now that I have a title, and a bookstore name, the manuscript is itching to be written!
