I am making these today, swapping dates for carob chips. I might not eat them bc i am allergic to coconut, but they smell yummy!

Ingredients:
Servings 8
2 cups quick oats (not instant)
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup raisins (or chopped dates)
2 bananas, mashed
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (optional)
1 tablespoon date sugar (optional)
