Hello Ladies,

I'm Mary Pinizzotto. I blog about my Everyday Dance Project at TheFreebox.org. In December, I committed to post a dance video of myself everyday for a year. I was looking for creative inspiration and a way to get some exercise. I'd been teaching ballroom dance for the last 20 years and as much as I love teaching, I wasn't dancing enough.

Mary's professional training also includes life coaching and instructing yoga. After years of drawing upon that knowledge to help other people, she applied her knowledge to her own life!
