Well as some of you know the bottom fell out of my organized life last April...Good News 3 surgeries, and 4 minor procedures later for the DH, Scotlyn going to Summer School an passing the classes he flunked the last quarter. We are back to some since of Normal living.....and my type A personality gets to come home. With Monday being the 1st day of School I am reclaiming my Life, House, Health and Activities. So here is the 1st my weekly Menu.
August 22nd - 28th Monday:
Breakfast: Homemade Cinnamon Rolls and Hot Cocoa
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: I have a Job at McD's Snack: Popcorn
Tuesday: Breakfast: Veggie and Cheese Scramble
Lunch: Lunch meat Sandwich's and Jello Salad
Dinner: Grilled Chicken, Corn on the Cob, Cucumber- Tomato-Onion Salad and Cottage Cheese Snack: Apple Blackberry Cobbler
Wednesday: Breakfast: Pancakes and Juice
Lunch: Taco Salad
Dinner: Turkey & Bow tie Pasta, Cucumbers and Onion in Vineger Snack: Zuchinne Muffin
Thursday: Breakfast: Vanilla Yogurt with Granola, Juice
Lunch: Left overs
Dinner: Eat at the Fair....going to see Craig Morgan Snack: At the Fair
Friday: Breakfast: Homemade PopTarts, Cocoa
Lunch: Tuna Sandwich's, Chips and Fresh Fruit
Dinner: Sports Boosters BBQ Snack: Raspberry Sorbet
Saturday: Breakfast: Indiviual Fritatas
Lunch: Cucumber-Tomato-Onion Salad, Bagels and Lux
Dinner: Trout, Rice, Fresh Green Beans Snack: Rice Chex
Sunday: Breakfast: Cold Cereal
Lunch: I have a Job at 5 Guys Burgers
Dinner: Popcorn Snack: Graham Crackers with Peanut Butter, Milk
