Hey everyone! Here is your daily dose of exercise motivation - Check it out and use this thread to report your daily exercise - or ask for motivation if you need it! This is not just for WW women, but for all women! Let's keep each other motivated and accountable!

Tip(s) of the Day, Compliments of Your Total Health

Squat Lift Curl

Muscles worked: Butt, thighs, arms, shoulders.

The setup: Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms at your sides and feet hip-width apart.

The move: Bend your knees to squat down until your thighs are parallel to the floor. As you stand back up, bend your elbows and rotate your forearms to curl the weights up to your shoulders. Next turn your palms out and straighten your arms up overhead. Lower arms to shoulder height, then rotate your forearms as you lower them back to the start before moving into the next repetition.

Wed is my anniversary, so let's all workout extra hard!

I know, lame, no real reason to use my anniversary as a plug here, but had to think of something ;-)
