Nel - Exercise Daily
Bev - Daily walk (you might want to specify 5x/wk so you get two days to rest, just a thought) AND 15-30 min/day of decluttering
GG - Show husband more patience
Jackie - Become less stressed about Zach and Logan
Melissa - Rewrite 8 pages each week day on The Knowing, with the exception of the days my dh is off work AND watch what I eat AND take a stress-relieving walk 5x/wk (not necessarily to burn calories, but def to relieve stress)
Clare - Organize cubbies
Scrap - Exercise daily AND Scrapbook 2x/wk AND lose 5 lbs
River - Quit smoking
Bekah - Swear less
