How are we doing with our Healthy Challenge? We have a 4-lb challenge this month. Has anyone dropped 2 lbs yet? Getting close? Feeling good? Everyone seems to be eating right and moving a LOT more than before the holidays. Remember, even if you don't see a drop, then NOT GAINING is an accomplishment in and of itself! This is our month to get back on track, and it seems like we're all doing GREAT! (Now, if only I could get my dh to stop asking for dessert every night, this would be a breeze! LOL!)
